The words have been placed in a certain way for more meaning utilise what you already know. It plays with the nature of typography, playing with its form.

The result being an aesthetically pleasing layout, with enthuasis put on certain words using a variation of type weights/ scale/ colour and spacing between the different components making the overall look clear and legible.
